Attach the unboxing video to your email and provide a brief description of the issue with the product. d. Our customer service team will review your request and respond to you as soon as possible.

  4. Replacement Approval: Replacement requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once your request is approved, we will arrange for the replacement of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
