Refund Policy

We only process refunds in specific cases, such as when an item is out of stock or a cancellation request is approved before shipping. If an item is unavailable after purchase, we’ll refund your payment directly to your bank account within five to seven working days. Refunds are not applicable once an order has been shipped.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns as we are a small business and cannot accommodate returned products. Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase. Replacement Policy

 if you receive a defective or incorrect item, let us know within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at order@colourbands.com with a video of the unboxing. Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement. The defective product must be sent back to us, You’ll need to cover the return shipping cost, but once we receive the product, we’ll refund up to ₹100. After our quality check team verifies the return, we’ll process your replacement.
Check Your Package: If your parcel looks off—like it's been opened or tampered with—don’t accept it! Make sure to record a video while unboxing both the outer package and the inner box. Without that video, we can’t offer a replacement, and it helps us address any potential courier mishaps.
